RSS Feed/News Resource review fields - Please enter a value using only a-z, A-Z, 0-9, and _ characters.

I am adding checkboxes in Resource review fields. When I enter information in Options for choice fields, a new field automatically appears below. However, I only want the choices in the screenshot. When I hit Save, I receive this message - "Please enter a value using only a-z, A-Z, 0-9, and _ characters."

How do I save this review field?
