Sorry for newbie question, but is there a way to set a user account to prompt for a password reset once they login after changing their password via Admin CP?
Scenario: As an admin, I need to reset a password for the end-user. We have an older age to our membership and we allow folks to call or email us for help. Over the phone we'd like to give them the temporary password, but force them to change it at time of login.
