Remove quick thread & attach files button

Hey, I've already tried searching been looking how to do both for ages even xenforo forums no help.

I want both these removed anyone know which files to edit and what part of code needs to be removed.

I tried AndyB - Remove quick thread but does not work

for attach files it just doesn't seem like a thing...

you can change group permissions to remove file upload, or i didn't understand what you want to do
