I'm trying to understand the question forum functionality. I have a thread where a member who is in a usergroup with permission to vote on threads cannot vote - and neither can I as an admin. The arrow is disabled/grayed out next to each reply in the thread. I'm not sure if this is something that came about after our recent upgrade to 2.2.16 or what.
