I run my main community on IPS 4.4.X and over there we have an add-on called profile songs. I bought it in 2016 for like $10.00 but they stopped selling it.
Amazingly, it still works on the latest version of IPS.
The add on is really simple, I choose what usergroups can use it and the user uploads their desired mp3. When it's done uploading and you look at your profile, the song begins playing automatically and stays on repeat as long as you stay in the profile.
