PinuccioSo did you downloaded the forum from somewhere else, or is it on a board, where you got a dump from?

Go to Communication > Notices and check if there are any, disable the notice or disable the notices system there.

     margin-left: 68px;
     min-height: 68px;
}

     position: fixed;
}

but the news is added to the right not the left.
What can it be?
