RSS Feed/News Post permalinks are not always marked as nofollow

Post permalinks within threads are nofollow, but post permalinks in widgets, last post column, etc. are not.

As far as I understand this post, post permalinks should always be nofollow so the current behaviour seems to be a bug (to me).
