RSS Feed/News Polls should be allowed in Question forums

I recently had a reason to post a poll in Question forum. It would not let me and the admin settings do not allow it. Polls are questions. With defined answers. I would like to suggest they be allowed in Question forums. So when creating a Question forum, you can select "Polls" if you want users to be able to create them there, same as in General Discussion.
