I would like to block users by data, i.e. if a user ever used a phone number or sent a private message to someone, notify me or infract them or create a topic in a private admin forum that no one else can see.

I have annoying advertisers that are bothering my users.

I would like to add all their saved contact methods and thus stop them or identify them and return the spam attack.

The forum uses your own system because if that person uses the same number they will reject it because it is registered in the database. I recommend these plugins.
