Hello, how to give users permissions to allow react or reply on thread in every 24 hours?

How to setup permissions for registred users in specific group because for me doesnt working?!
In group permissions - registred is 5 daily limit and also for specific forum 5 daily limits but when someone give reacts in other forum which is unlimited then he loose reacts
I want only for specific nodes but it doesnt work
Someone can help?
