RSS Feed/News Permission Summary on Post Creation

I don't remember which forum platform I've seen this on, but I thought this is a nice feature, especially if you use customized permissions for members. Down at the bottom of the post area, there's a little box that briefly lists what permissions you have in that board:

• May Not Create Articles
• May Reply to Threads
• May Not Vote in Polls

etc..

Is there a modification for something like this? If nothing else, something like this would be good for Administrators to use a...
