- when the thread starter visits their own thread, forum views counter should not be increased.

- I want to limit the ip of users visiting the thread to only 1. Because if they continously view the thread the forum views also continously increase. What i mean is, they can view the thread but not counted as a view to the forum coz they do it over and over again.

The way I would handle this is to use data from https://enxf.net/resources/xfa-who-read-this-thread-xf2.790/
and put some logic into the thread counter like
if xf.visitor.user_id in list
dont add counter
else
do
