No Reply to Closed Threads - Removes quick reply from closed threads

A quick add-on that removes the quick reply box from closed threads. This works for all users, including admins and moderators.

There are no settings for this add-on.

[OzzModz] No Reply To Closed Threads for XenForo 2.2+ Update 2.0.2

Removed the "Reply" button so staff can't post in the closed thread.
