xF2 Add-on [OzzModz] List Non Valid Users 2.0.0

BattleKing submitted a new resource:

[OzzModz] List Non Valid Users - [OzzModz] List Non Valid Users

Simple addon that will allow users with the correct permissions to view a list of all users that don't have a valid state. I suggest only allowing admins and mods this permission.
