xF2 Add-on [OzzModz] Inline Moderation Select All Permissions 2.0.0

BattleKing submitted a new resource:

[OzzModz] Inline Moderation Select All Permissions - [OzzModz] Inline Moderation Select All Permissions

Adds a permission to allow users to use the "Select All" option in the inline moderation bar. Admins will be able to use the option regardless of the permission.

I suggest giving this permission to trusted moderators only, not the whole moderator group.
