xF2 Template Modification Outfading Nodes

What code do i need in extra.less to fade out my nodes or just the node text including the icon when i scroll up to the top ?
Also fade-in when i scroll down would be awesome.
I saw this on some forums and wanna have it.

Does anyone knows this modification and knows how it works ?
Or maybe its an addon that provides this function ?!
