The space after the "w" is tiny, 1.875px only
.p-nav-list .p-navEl-link.p-navEl-link--splitMenu {
padding-right: 1.875px;
}
Without user interaction it's not visible, but when hovering, the background color changes and it looks too cramped. A bigger padding like 4px would look much cleaner
