Need help Xenfocus Ortem styles

I would like to merge the header and navigation inner I looked at the style properties of xenfocus but I didn't find any settings or option that can combine the header and inner nav.

only the mobile version has it I tried using custom css and addons but it still doesn't work anyone have any idea how to do this?

This is an example of what I want to happen to those who know how to make it merge, I'm asking for help to do it...

every time i scroll the logo is left in the header...
