RSS Feed/News My Aproval Queue has 7 thousand items on it, how to bulk get rid of it?

As the title asks, there's a proper over the top amount of accounts/etc on the approval queue and it's outright impossible to deal with this one by one.

If someone would be so kind as to point how could I deal with this, even if I could just execute a query on the DB to clear this because I'm not sure how to proceed.
