RSS Feed/News Move PageNav to the Right Side

I want to move the page navigation (PageNav) from the left side of the page to the right side in my XenForo forum. I got this suggestion from a user, that navigation is more obvious and users are less likely to miss it when it's on the right.

I'd like such an add-on?
