As I've been moving my sites to v2.3+ I'm seeing a caching issue on the moderator approval queue. I select approve/reject/spam on all of them, save it and the page refreshes with the same items still in the list. I check the moderator logs and it shows I marked them properly. When I return to the page a few minutes later, the are cleared. Obviously could be something in my server setup but strange that this just started happening with the move to 2.3.
