ENXF NET submitted a new resource:

[MMO] Reply To Download Resource - Adds a response requirement before downloading a resource

The add-on adds a requirement to respond to the topic of the resource, if the resource does not have a topic then the requirement disappears.
The author of the resource can download the resource without answers, although the answer has already been created.
For work, an installed XenForo Resource Manager is required.
