RSS Feed/News MG - Report, Edit and Delete windows are hidden behind the displayed image

When clicking on the "Report," "Edit," or "Delete" buttons on an image in the media gallery, the action windows appear hidden behind the displayed image. You have to manually close the image to reveal the hidden action windows.
