To offer any upgrades i need to set a payment provider.
I dont want to set up a payment provider.
I want to show this page like:
One month 10 dollar.
One year 100 dollar.
People should choose and get a code.
Then they send my money with x, y or z together with the code.
I watch my bank account and see code 12345, go to my acp and manually finish the order.
I am sure there are many people who need something like this.
