RSS Feed/News Maintenance Page Addon customizations

Hi,

We are using the addon Maintenance Page from XenConcept. We need the following customization:

• Users should be able to log in and register despite maintenance mode.
• As soon as the server load (/proc/loadavg) exceeds XX, maintenance mode should be activated automatically (it should be possible to set whether automatic or not)

The add-on was purchased by us and can be handed over.
