I am looking for a stable collaborator for a long and fruitful collaboration. The programmer in question must be able to take over work in progress and correct bugs left uncovered by programmers in the past who were not serious towards me, despite having always been paid well, and must also know how to build add-ons from scratch. He must also be good with APIs since I need to integrate my add-ons with an app.
