RSS Feed/News Live threads...

Can anyone recommend a live thread add-on that will automatically show new posts as they are added? For sports games, instead of constantly hitting refresh, the posts would just show up as people hit submit since posts are coming in at a high volume. Good for game threads, live events, etc.
