(k4) Global Statistics - forum and members statistics

The plugin displays most of the forum statistics in one block.

In the settings there is:

1. Enabling/disabling the display of statistics of Posts, Topics, Users, Banned, Files, Blogs and Images.
2. Enabling/disabling the reduction of thousandth numbers.
3. Enabling/disabling the display of the actual number of registered users.
