(k4) View File button in Topics - view file button on topics

A simple plugin that adds a jump button to a file from the support topics.
When you read the file support topic on any page other than the first one, it is not possible to go back to the file, you need to go back to the first page and then to the file itself, this plugin solves this inconvenience.
There is only one item in the settings that is responsible for choosing the position - on the left or on the right.
