RSS Feed/News Is there a "Posts since" feature or add on ?

Hiya, a feature I have on my existing legacy forum.

I did look but could find since a 'posts since' feature

This would be a drop down menu what when selected gives users the options to view posts since a certain time frame, e.g. last hour, day, week, etc
Rather then just new posts so it gives users to the flexibility to go back to posts they may have missed from an earlier login.
