Looking for feedback from users running 2.3 Beta test installs with email enabled. I have been getting a lot of bounced emails about this. I created a new test account. I got all the verification and confirmation mails. But the welcome email never arrived in test account email id and the mail appeared bounced as per SES. I just wanted to get some confirmation before filing an actual bug report. Thanks!
