RSS Feed/News Improve log tracking/display for user merges and username changes

When an account has been merged, it's impossible to determine username changes vs user merges.
Admin cannot determine questions such as;

• Was it a username change or a merge?
• Was there username changes prior to a merge?
• What was the user original registration username?
