Identify people who have recently added tags using PHPMyAdmin - Use PHPMyAdmin to identify your most active recent taggers

You may want to be able to identify your most prolific taggers so that you can send them some appreciation or hold staff accountable. This is easy to do using PHPMyAdmin. Something similar can of course be done with other MySQL clients, but that's beyond the scope of this how-to (perhaps someone could provide instructions in a reply?)
