RSS Feed/News I just updated to 2.3.2 with the command line but can't figure out how to make the upgrade message go away

I just updated my site to 2.3.2 (I think, I can't view the version right now). I tried using the web upgrader but it told me my site is too big so I used the command line. It finished up.

Now when I try to go to my site it just shows

The site is currently being upgraded. Please check back later.

It does this in the admin.php too. How do I make this message go away?
