RSS Feed/News Hyperlink a User Group

I want to find a way to make certain user groups that appear under the username linkable. I know it’ll take some template/css modifications and conditionals, but I can’t seem to find it.

It doesn’t seem like the User banner text accepts html.

We have certain paid user groups, so I’d like to link those directly to the membership page.
