How to upgrade from old XenForo legal version to enxf newest version?


So basically I am an admin of this website

this website was bought for $180 from XenForo directly, many years ago

Problem

I don’t have the money to upgrade this to the latest version

So what are the instructions to swap from the legal version to the enxf version??


Also, the versions are gonna be different too. This legal version is on v2.2.8 Patch 1. Is it gonna be hard to upgrade to the latest enxf version?

You just overwrite the files. Database should be the same unless you are upgrading versions. Just make sure you take a FULL backup before messing about.
