any proper guide... ?
ShieldXThe restore is normal. There is nothing strange at all, but if using the commandline, specify the database name correctly from the store. After that, go to the admin and edit website name only. There may be Subtle details, go to search / Replace in Mysql.

ShieldXi don't use cpanel but i have this guide.

  1. In cPanel Admin.
  2. In the cPanel home page, in the Files section, select Backup Wizard.
  3. Select Restore.
  4. Select MySQL Databases.
  5. Select Choose File.
  6. On your local computer, find and select the file you want to import.
  7. Select Upload. It might take several minutes for the import to complete.
You’ll see a success message confirming your database is imported.
