How to Permanently delete Threads already deleted

I want to MASS Permanently delete Threads that are already deleted but not permanently.

I'm talking about the semi-deleted threads like the one above.

1. Go to /admin.php?threads/batch-update
2. At the bottom select this option only
   Spoiler: image1

   
3. Press Search and you will find a lot of results of softdeleted threads
