How to install themes properly

How to install Darktabbed themes/styles by NULUMIA I can't install properly I'm having trouble

I remember u had themes peoblems before too?

Upload the contents from 'upload' directory on your server then goto admin panel>appearence>import and select the xml file and done.

Not sure.might be old a version of theme thats why its giving rendering error..

I've tried it on all versions but really don't want to
