How to get a custom theme?

I have a big problem, I can't get to the admin panel and I need to get 3 themes that I customize along with some included templates of those themes.

Does anyone know how to access it from the files or in some other way? I just need the XML of those styles

CafeTostao ☕That's not possible,Those are not files on the server so you can just get them.

Have you tried to disable all addons?
in src/config.php add $config['enableListeners'] = false;
