I have a new forum up and almost immediately have some political guy spamming the board with political memes and its getting on everyone's nerves
I DO want him to be able to freely post, but I want to remove his ability to put images in his posts, whether it is uploaded or hotlinked from another site.
Ideally, I'd like that image icon to disappear completely from his toolbar.
How can I do this on a per-user basis?
