Hello, my xenforo forum is now in a local host, how can u move it to a host 24/7 without loosing all my data?

export the DB and file system, import DB and transfer file system to new server, possibly you need to change the BOARD URL, thats it.

You will not loose any, you still got everything on your local system :)
