RSS Feed/News Guest easy post and registration setup or addon

I've got guest posting and registration enabled but it's laborious and perhaps I haven't caught up with what some of you have been using and set up more efficiently than myself. Captcha is required on two pages. On the first page the post title and information is entered - and requires verification / captcha #1.
