Having some GIF Issues. All my GIFs that I upload are cut short.

Check to see what format the image is in, maybe you have some add-on for file compression?

I agree with O3S. I am 99 percent positive whatever add-on you are utilizing for your shop/store for your members to purchase this is dictating the size of your gifs. Look in the option settings of the add-on if you haven't already.

I uninstalled DB WebP support, still nothing. Not sure which addon could be causing this!

Default image processor: change gd to imagmagick
