In XenForo 2.4 we are abstracting our existing GIPHY support out into a general GIF providers system and adding support for a new provider, KLIPY.
The new "GIF provider" option replaces the previous "Enable GIPHY support" option which, if already configured in XenForo 2.3, will be migrated to this new option.
