they are fixing things that is not their fault. As you know there was fire in data center SBG , they lost hardware/services on SBG2 but it is kind guestures by host OVH to replace it for free but the replacement takes time. He ordered server and was lucky to get and transfered everything he had on his backups . Which worked but there is always some hiccups and its very minor . patience and you shall be able to download all files you paid for as VIP. Good Luck
