RSS Feed/News Feature content based on usergroup e.g. paid subscribers can get their classifieds featured

If feature content could automatically feature threads by usergroup, then premium members could their classifieds shown on a featured widget.

I'm not quite sure how this would work if they're on huge forums where there are more threads by subscribers than there are available slots though. Might need some thought from someone way cleverer than I am. Maybe randomise them.
