Emoticons (User Smilies, Stickers) - Allow user using external images to smilies

Description: Allow users use own smilies or emoticons in your forums.

How the add-on work?
The smilie was added by an user which only used by that user.

Options Control:

• Set maximum of emoticon file size.
• Set maximum of emoticon dimension of width.
• Set maximum of emoticon dimension of height.
• Prevent another use same emoticons

Permissions Control:

• Disable use own emoticon in each groups
• Set maximum of emoticons.
