Editor and block manager don't work

Hi, I can't find the right section so I'm posting this here
I'm using an IPS version downloaded here since several months, but since 2 days, the block editor, the editor to post messages and some images are not loading :


When clicking on it, nothing happen :


When creating a topic :



When clicking on "Create" It just change the URL and nothing happen :
