Double "Add Resource" Buttons

Under the Resources Section i have two Add Resource buttons as you guys can see.
Does anyone know how i can remove them?

thomsanot working :/ still same problem.

I notice when i go to resources on top navigation: there is only one button for "Add Resource".
But if im clicking a Category on the left side (a Main Category) then the second "Add Resource" shows up.


I cant figure it out whats the problem:/

Its fixed !
It was a setting on AdminPanel>Resources>Resource Categories>Permissions:
The Permissions for "Create resources" in the Main Categorie was set to "Inherit"
I put it on NO and its gone.
Now i only have one Button... Weird stuff
